MKF Fitness

Hello Everyone,
       My name is Michael Fuson and I am a trainer based out of Oakland Lake Merritt. I just wanted to tell you all about my fitness program that deals with a variety of different sports conditioning, and blending it with super explosive circuit intervals! With my work outs you will burn your fat, turn it into muscle also allowing you to get rid of that horrible stubborn fat that you feel that you will never get rid of from your belly. I'll be helping you to make sure to eat right and never keep your body starving. You need the food to fuel your body and also a good amount of rest as well, but in this first blog I am simply introducing myself to you to let you know I am in the process of developing videos about my work outs and the things you should be putting in your body and the things you shouldn't put in your body.
